SOFTBALL CAMP OVER

hey softballers,
how's camp overall?
finally pictures put up on our PHOTOBUCKET.
so please have a look.

2nd day
we did morning pt while some went for breafast duty
b.fast : homemade milo w/ biscuit & bread bun :
prepared for dragonboating.
mariah & angela ran to softball room to get first aid kit
it was long so the bus left without them :'(

ms linna, me & angela were left behind
thank goodness MR RIZMAN have and drives.
so he drove us to SDBA in his car with a talking map :D
finally reached there. so sweet everyone was waiting for us :-*
thank you veryveryvery much! floorballers & judokas also waited for us
took group photo and went for dragonboat briefing.

went dragonboating and raced with floorballers & judokas
our instructors were DAMN nice.
we had a "water" session. haha XD thankyous!
everyone was wet like hell. even those having that thing

after that we went back to shore.
everyone's butt was damn wet!
then something happen. LOL!
PATRICIA went talking to one of our instructors
like as if they knew each other damn well.
everyone was like looking. everyone means everyone there O.O
lol i think syirah has the picture.

ms linna talked to us about that .haha.
then headed to east coast. wetsmellywet
floorballers are so clean!
it was drizzling. had lunch at EAST COAST!
some of us had MACS some had BURGER KING.
but those at BK were drenched wet as it was raining so so heavily!
we forgot to take the bucket from SDBA :d

waited for 3+ hours for the BBQ food to arrive.
so some of us went cycling when the rain stopped.
while a minor of us "went" somewhere :)

finally BBQ came. bonded damn well with floorballers & judokas!
they were so cool!
judokas did some of the BBQ-ing.
after eating, they were like lots of leftovers.
so we had "GIVE" away our food :(
if only we could sell .lol

so we boarded the bus to school.
some slept along the way.
we were the first to shower. :D
den prepared our stuff to sleep.
debriefed. and slept for open house tmr :D

First Day Of Camp

FIRST DAY!

Assembled as usual.
FAZILLA & MARIAH gone somewhere we don't know.
Camp with Floorballers & Judokas!
Did training for 3 hours! TiredtiredTired! but FUN
Lunch-ed with them :) after waiting for 1/2 hour!

People like Cindy opened the lunch box first :D [greedy]
HUNGRY HUNGRY VERY HUNGRY!
ms linna said, "Wait for others can?" (something like that)
lunch: BEE HOON w/ otah w/BIG popcorn chicken w/ fishcake w/ ikan bilis & peanuts

SPORTS CHALLENGE
waited for them again. so long.
briefed about the sports challenge.
splitted into two groups to try floorball or judo.
so sad FLOORBALLERS & JUDOKAS don't get to play SOFTBALL :(
played floorball and judo. some can't play coz menstration & some reasons

BATHING TIME!
rushing to book toilet. :D got to use boys toilet! (so dirty :P)
please PEE properly BOYS!
AIM.SHOOT.SCORE! GOAL!

DINNER!
dinner: Rice w/ veggieveggieveggie :S
finally FAZILLA & MARIAH came back from somewhere we don't know.
ms soon played a game with us. PRIZE: Stawberry Puff! Yummy!

PREPARATION FOR PARTY!
lots of snacks. arranged them neatly :)
wrote some cards for the seniors ♥
push the tables & chairs to the side.
started practising our dance and song for the seniors.
ms linna & mdm nora blindfolded them with our sleeping bags cover
and brought them in the study room.
we danced for them :D then ms linna talked.
stacey talked. mariah talked and cried like a baby :'(
video was next. LOL-ing all the way. the funny moments!
then we sang THE CLIMB for the seniors.
amirah lead in the singing.

HAND OVER CEREMONY
this is where mariah had to catch the ball when dulcie batted the ball
EXCITING!
first try : not counted bcoz ms linna says so.
second try: mariah managed to catch the ball!
YAY! mariah was damn happy until she raise her hand. and go pee!

Took tons of picture, but the camera kept dying.
cut the cake! we ate the chips and mamee monster kept dropping!
watched "17 again"! while eating chips.
ate. laughed. talked.
MOOOVVVEEEEE

brushed teeth and got ready to sleep.

How life without softball trainings?
Dull ? Boring ?
But not to worry. Might be having trainings during the holidays!
Exams coming up in a few days' time.
So study hard and make AES Softball proud!
And yeah,
Our Senior Assumptionite goes to Ivy!
Our ex-softballer *claps* sorry late news.

Some tips for preparing for your exams:
-Study in your suitable environment. Example if you prefer
studying with your music on, please do so. Also find a good position
to study or revise.

-Get study tools. Example highlighters to highlight the keywords.
Sticky note to pen down some notes. Or maybe a folder to keep things organized.

-Study with a group. It's good if you can study in group like 3-4 people to share ideas or so.
Or if you prefer studying alone or in pairs it is also good.

-Compare your study notes with your friends as you might miss some
important notes. Jot down questions and clarify them with your teacher or your friends.

-You can also try doing mock exam papers to prepare yourself.

-Try to put information to music, rhyming or other word patterns. Example
"My very educated mother just served us nuggets " for remembering: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune.

These are just some tips you can use. Not all are suitable.
So all the best for your exams.

Hello girls,
Just some words of encouragement.
SRC match on 14th March will be held at Kallang.
Please refer to the previous post for the match timings.

But on this Saturday, please be punctual and be at school before 0645
or earlier better to help out get ready the equipments.
Attire on that day will be cap, polo tee(pe shirt), sliding shorts (if you have),
slacks, navy blue socks and your shoes/boots.
You can change your boots in your school or on the way there.
For those who have their jerseys please bring along.

Some say cancelled.Some say on Friday.

while Mdm Norah not in school. As per normal

Coach Hong Hong came to train with us as well.

next week. By the way, we will be going to their school
for the match :)

punishments?
Always respect the field and your equipments!!
The fence is another thing. Always put at the original place!
Like there's 2 fence at one side. 1 near the backstop.

for punishments this wednesday for again not respecting the
field.

So maybe I was thinking to get some girls to
help out tomorrow to put properly the fence.
Is it okay?

Hello Softballers,

Mariah here actually. Just to inform you guys that
I actually created this blog just to keep updates or stuff
going on in softball. If I miss any of the names, tag at the
tag board. So here's a quick one.

Just a few more weeks to the competitions and we need to
train harder. Put in lots of effort especially the Sec 1s.
Next week, we'll be having a friendly match against Fajar Sec.
I hope all of us get to play in the match.

Plus, for those who have not informed Fazilla about the
purchasing of the softball equipments (e.g. Glove, Boots, Slacks, etc.)
please do so or you can approach me.

Finally remember what coach had said during the past trainings.
You give him 120%++ effort he can be nice to you.
So please put in effort okay? And also commitment!
